PSC disrupts Jerusalem Quartet concert

They couldn’t cancel their performance, or stop them from attracting a full house, so the Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign disrupted the Jerusalem’s Quartet’s August 29 performance at the Edinburgh International Festival.

The Quartet released a statement after the incident, saying: “This was quite a difficult concert for us. It was sometimes hard to focus on the music.

“What kept us going was the support of the audience who were there simply to enjoy music making.”

Update: Here’s an account of what happened during the concert.
