The Times has no doubt about the identity of the sub-humans who torched the mosque at Kfar Yasuf. No right-minded person can fail to condemn this despicable crime:
Some time around dawn yesterday, according to Israeli police and Palestinian officials, Jewish extremists crept into Yasuf and desecrated the village mosque.

The “price tag” is the settlers’ policy of attacking Palestinians and their property in retribution for any Israeli government curb on settlement expansion. It has been increasingly deployed by hardliners for the past year.
The burning of the Koran evokes images which by all rights should exist only in history books, to help to keep the message ‘Never Again’ alive in every generation.
The IDF has condemned the outrage:
This morning, the Civil Administration received a complaint of vandalism of a mosque in Kfar Yasuf, located southwest of Nablus. From an initial investigation into the incident it appears that the suspects wrote hate-filled messages in Hebrew in addition to burning bookshelves and a carpet.
The head of the Civil Administration, Brig. Gen. Yoav (Poly) Mordechai spoke personally with Moshel Salafit and other members of the Palestinian Authority and conveyed that the IDF and security forces are working to locate the perpetrators, that the Israel Defense Forces views the incident gravely and that it will be dealt with accordingly by the Israeli law enforcement agencies.
Ehud Barak, the Defence Minister whose department is overseeing the ten-month settlement freeze, said
“This is an extremist act geared toward harming the Government’s efforts to advance the political process for the sake of Israel’s future.”
The culprits must be found, tried and punished according to the law. Whoever they are, their agenda is to wreck the coalition led by Prime Minister Netanyahu. If this appalling crime goes unpunished then they may well succeed.
